Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and leadsbt ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the leadsbt website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate billing and contact information

Notify us immediately at support@bytech-solutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Agency) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• Plan limits - total leads, monthly searches, AI analyses and team seats - apply to the active billing cycle.
• You can cancel any time from the Billing section; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Disputes can be raised at support@bytech-solutions.com within 14 days of the charge.
• Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, or other applicable law
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials outside your team
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limiting
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Use the Service to discriminate against protected classes or violate third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

leadsbt aggregates publicly available business data from sources including Google Places, Hunter.io, and public websites. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this data complies with the source's terms (including the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service) and applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

• You retain ownership of leads, notes, and content you create or import.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.
• You can export or delete your data at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to support@bytech-solutions.com.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Google, Stripe, Supabase) or force-majeure events may affect the Service. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore availability promptly.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that lead data is complete, current, or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which leadsbt is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
