What does leadsbt do?

leadsbt finds local businesses on Google Places, enriches them with public emails and social links, scores their websites with AI, and lets you organize, qualify, and export them as CSV or Excel.
How do I run my first search?

Go to Search, enter a keyword (e.g. "dentist") and a location (e.g. "Dubai"), and run the search. Results are saved to your Leads table automatically and email enrichment plus AI scoring run in the background.
Where do the leads come from?

Business records come from the Google Places API. Emails are extracted from the business website and, if enabled, supplemented by Hunter.io. Social links and AI website scoring are computed from the public website.
What are the plan limits?

Free is capped at 50 leads total. Starter allows up to 500 new leads per month. Growth allows up to 2,000 leads per month and 3 team members. Agency is unlimited leads with up to 10 team members.
How does AI website scoring work?
+
When a lead has a website, we analyze its mobile responsiveness, page speed, contact information, content quality, and social presence. Each is scored 0-100 and combined into an overall AI score that helps you prioritize.
Can I find email addresses for leads?

Yes. The Email Finder runs automatically on new leads with a website, and you can re-run it manually from a lead's drawer. Sources are tagged: H = Hunter.io, S = scraped from the website.
Can I work in a team?

Growth and Agency plans support team members. Invite teammates by email from Settings - they get their own login and shared access to your workspace.
How do I export my leads?

Click Export from the Leads page or press E. You can export the current filtered set or all leads as CSV or Excel. Bulk-select rows with the checkboxes for an Export Selected action.
What keyboard shortcuts are available?

Press ? anywhere in the app to open the shortcuts panel. Highlights: / or Ctrl+K focuses search, E opens Export, N/C/Q set the selected lead's status to New/Contacted/Qualified, and Escape closes any open drawer.
How do I qualify leads?

Open any lead and pick a status - New, Contacted, Qualified, Won, or Lost. You can also drag-and-drop in Kanban view, or bulk-update statuses from the selection bar in the table.
Do you support scheduled exports?

Yes. From Settings, enable Scheduled Exports and choose a day, time, and format. We email the export to your account address on the schedule you set.
What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe Checkout. Tax is calculated and collected automatically based on your billing address.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Billing and click Manage subscription. You'll be taken to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, change plan, or update payment details. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Will I lose my leads if I downgrade?

No. Existing leads remain in your account. Downgrading limits future actions (new searches, AI analyses) but never deletes data you've already collected.
How do I get a refund?

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge is wrong, email us within 14 days at the support address below.
Is my data private?

Yes. Your leads, notes, and account data are protected by row-level security and are not shared with other users. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what we collect, why, and how to exercise your GDPR rights.
Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Email the support address below and we'll permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements for billing records.
