leadsbt ("we", "us", "our") provides a B2B lead generation platform that helps users discover and qualify local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. For privacy questions, contact us at support@bytech-solutions.com.
2. Data we collect
Account data - your name, email address, and authentication identifiers (when you sign in with Google, your Google profile email).
Billing data - handled by Stripe. We store only a customer ID, plan, and subscription status; we never see or store full card numbers.
Usage data - searches you run, leads you save, statuses, notes, exports, and team-member invites.
Lead data - publicly available business information (name, address, phone, website, ratings) returned by Google Places and other public sources, plus any emails enriched via Hunter.io.
Technical data - IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies needed to authenticate sessions and prevent abuse.
3. How we use your data
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service
- To authenticate you and secure your account
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send transactional emails (receipts, payment failures, security alerts)

- To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use lead data to train AI models without your consent.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
- Contract - to deliver the Service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests - to secure the Service, prevent fraud, and improve usability.
- Legal obligation - to comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Consent - for optional product communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Sub-processors
We use the following processors to operate the Service:
- Supabase - database, authentication, file storage
- Cloudflare - application hosting and DDoS protection
- Stripe - subscription billing and payments
- Google Places API - business discovery
- Hunter.io - email enrichment (optional)
- Lovable AI Gateway - AI-powered website scoring
Each processor is bound by data-processing terms appropriate to their role.
6. Data retention
- Account and lead data are retained for the lifetime of your account.
- You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard.
- On account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
- Backups are encrypted and rotated within 35 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive a portable copy of your data
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority

8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own (including the United States and the European Union). Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the relevant data-protection authority.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security, scoped API keys, and least-privilege access controls. No system is fully impenetrable; please use a strong unique password and notify support@bytech-solutions.com immediately if you suspect any compromise.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication, session management, and security. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
