Account data - your name, email address, and authentication identifiers (when you sign in with Google, your Google profile email).

Billing data - handled by Stripe. We store only a customer ID, plan, and subscription status; we never see or store full card numbers.

Usage data - searches you run, leads you save, statuses, notes, exports, and team-member invites.

Lead data - publicly available business information (name, address, phone, website, ratings) returned by Google Places and other public sources, plus any emails enriched via Hunter.io.

Technical data - IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies needed to authenticate sessions and prevent abuse.

Each processor is bound by data-processing terms appropriate to their role.

• Account and lead data are retained for the lifetime of your account.
• You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard.
• On account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
• Backups are encrypted and rotated within 35 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to:
