Can I switch plans later?

Yes - upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
What happens when I hit my monthly lead limit?

New searches and AI analyses pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Existing leads remain fully accessible - you can still edit, qualify, and export them.
Do you offer annual pricing?

Annual billing with a discount is available on Growth and Agency. Email support and we'll set it up for you.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?

The Free plan lets you test the full workflow on 50 leads with no credit card. Most users upgrade once they confirm the data quality.
Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see includes all features for that tier. Stripe calculates and adds applicable sales tax / VAT at checkout based on your billing address.
How do refunds work?

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge is wrong, email us within 14 days at the support address below.
